Qantory Help CenterPlans and billing
With Qantory the group pays, not every store. The store that creates a sync group chooses the plan; the other stores in the group install Qantory for free.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial and a yearly option. Charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in USD. Need more? Contact us about a custom plan.
How limits work
- Limits apply to groups in live sync. Test mode is never limited.
- A synced product is a confirmed product in the group, counted once however many stores it is in.
- If a live group is over its plan, you cannot add stores or confirm new products until you upgrade; a group over its plan returns to test mode within about 15 minutes. Stock is never changed by this.
Choose or change your plan
Open Qantory in the store that created the group → Settings → Plan → Choose a plan or Change plan. Shopify shows the plans, handles the trial and prorates upgrades and downgrades.
Other stores of the group see which store manages the plan.
If the store that pays leaves
When the store that created a group leaves it, the store that joined earliest takes over the group, and its plan applies.
Cancelling
Uninstalling Qantory from the store that pays cancels the subscription. See Uninstalling and your data.
