Uninstalling and your data

Uninstalling Qantory never resets or changes stock in any store.

When you uninstall from a store

• Qantory stops immediately: its access to the store is revoked and no further updates are sent to or from it.
• The store is paused in every sync group. The other stores of the group keep syncing with each other.
• Stock quantities in Shopify stay exactly as they are.
• If this store pays for a group, Shopify cancels the subscription.

Your data

• 48 hours after you uninstall, Qantory deletes the store’s product, location and stock data. If Shopify asks for the store’s data to be erased, it is deleted sooner.
• Anonymised sync history is kept so the other stores of a group can still see past activity.
• Qantory never stores customer data. See the privacy policy.

Reinstalling

1. Install Qantory again and open it once. Reinstalling within 48 hours keeps the store’s data.
2. The store stays paused in its groups until you resume it: open the group’s Stores tab and choose Resume.
3. Changes made while the store was uninstalled are not replayed. Run Stock check & repair to align the stores.
